"Beware since they have become part of North Side Hospital System they are now considered an outpatient facility and no longer a Dr Office. They will over charge you and insurance will not cover if you have a deductible. They do not tell you this before your visit or even while in office but will send you multiple bills without explaining any of this to you. I will not be returning to this organization ever again."
