"I went there for iron infusion and Sara took care of me so well. Love the customer service"
"I love Dr. Ninan and have absolutely zero issues with her/her care. With that being said, the office staff is just awful at this location. Calling for any reason, you often sit for long periods on hold and then you’re made to feel like an inconvenience. Forget leaving a message for your doctors nurse (or maybe just mine) because three weeks of messages didn’t result in a single call back until I spoke with the office manager. They are reasonably pleasant while in office, unless you happen to ask the front desk gentleman a question he finds annoying. Such a shame to find a knowledgable, thorough doctor but still need to look elsewhere due to an issue like this."
"I have numerous of times I have to deal with coming to this place getting my monthly treatments... Beginning of the year 1/3/2019, I've called to notify them my insurance had changed from one to another company and they didn't want to take the info over the phone but want me to bring it in the day of my treatment 1/25/2019. By 1/25 in AM, Candice called me to say that I need to move out my treatment because insurance hasn't pre-authorized my treatment yet. Is this for real? Last minute notification? last year I've had 2 appointments cancelled with no notification sent to me. One verbal phone call confirming that my December 2019 treatment will be pushed out to 1/3/2020 by Candice due to a death in my family, when that day came, I was on the way to the facility and had called to let them know I am running 5 mins late but Scott (another receptionist) said that he didn't see the appt in my profile but that my DEC treatment was cancelled. Why tell me one thing via phone but didn't update my profile?! I had taken half day off of work to get this done every month. Scott told me on 1/3/20 he apologized for the miscommunication and that i can come in the next day. 1/6/20 was my last treatment so this year. Now today 2/21, I am scheduled to go in and get my treatment, Ria (nurse) called me early morning to tell me i need to push out today's appt because they're still pending on my health insurance sending them a pre-authorization for this treatment and will typically take 3-5 days to approve???!!! Wow smh. I've even witness another patient's situation in the lobby about similar cases like mine as far as communications and scheduling. That goes to tell me how horrible customer/patient service this place has. Timing is the main problem. Since my last treatment on 1/6/20, why not communicate with my health insurance long before the day of my treatment today 2/21! That's over a month that this has been pending...if it wasn't for my RA Dr that had sent me to get the treatment/stay on this treatment, i wouldn't want another service from this place again. Use to be pretty good in the beginning but so far that I've been getting serviced the last 3 years??? Pretty much downhill."
"I had cancer and went here for treatment after surgery. My chemotherapy gave me a brain hemorrhage, my cancer medication gave me a stroke and the 2nd medicine gave me horrible stomach pains and cramps to where I was in bed for days. Perhaps all of this is what you have to suffer from Cancer treatment. Now after 3-4 years since my initial treatments for cancer, she is making me come in monthly for mammograms and / or ultrasounds. I do not know if this is standard treatment. But from what I have read, Annual mammograms are standard. I would not mind every 6 months or so. Just not every month... Just not in a good mood. I think the monthly mammograms are because I was deemed a high risk based on tissue samples."
