"I WOULD HAVE GIVEN FIVE STARS, HE IS THE BEST ONCOLOGIST I EVER MET THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. THERE IS A RECEPTIONIST NAME LATRESE WHO VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDENSENDING, SARCASTIC, CRUEL, MEAN, VERY NASTY, WHO SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE. SHE DOESN'T RESPECT THE PATIENTS. SHE TALKS DOWN TO ME, DISRESPECTFUL, IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE HER JOB SHE SHOULD NOT WORK THERE AT ALL. I WAS IN TEARS AT THE WAY SHE WAS TALKING TO ME. SJE KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE, PURPOSLY TRANSFERING ME TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS. SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME, REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WHEN I ONLY WANTED TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION AS TO WHAT INSURANCE THEY NOW ACCEPTED FOR 2022. SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE SICKLY ILL PEOPLE THAT CALL IN OR COMES TO THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE. SHE REFUSED TO XFER ME TO DR PEACOCK ASSISTANCE SEVERAL TIMES. I HAD TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME, I HAD TO CALL BACK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR NAME ROBIN. AS MUCH AS I LIKE MY ONCOLOGIST, I REFUSED TO BE STRESS OUT BY THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I GOT TODAY."
