"This is a terrible agent and company. When it's time to get your renewal, they're very eager to help, but when you request for changes or refund, they don't respond. One of the members in our policy recently passed away, we have requested for the refund for the remainder of the unused balance. After six months and we still have not see any action and this agent is now disappeared. I have to file a complaint with corporate or post online to get any response."
