"Michelle RN at the Chemo room was fantastic. She was very informative, helpful, kind, and caring throughout the entire process. We really appreciate her warmth and knowledge. I am very thankful to Nanyoung Park, NP for her exceptional care. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She took great care of me when I was sick, and is now taking care of my wife. She answered all of our questions and explained what our medicines do very well. She is very kind, and saved my life. Thank you! Iris Lee, who helped us on our last visit, was also exceptional. She was very patient and very warm to my wife and I. Thank you!"
"Been coming here for treatment for the past 8 months and have had major improvements to my health. On top of that all the staff from the Doctors to the nurses and staff working the front desk have been incredibly warm and comforting during this difficult time. Literally every staff member I have encountered here really goes above and beyond for all their patients. Truly blessed I was referred here by chance."
"Saw Dr hatic today and he is a true healer. He treated me so well, and explains everything so well and shows so much compassion he made sure my side table was up in the blood center and got down on his knees to do it. He also went and brought me a bottle of water and crackers. How many MDs do this?? I was blown away. Bryan and Mike, who work here are also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and shows such empathy."
"My review is based on how difficult and antiquated it is to schedule an appointment and to pay your bill. They need an overhaul of their scheduling and payment systems. How in the world are the only two ways to pay by phone, which they then make you leave a message... there is not even an automated way to pay or by mail?! Obviously, there should be an easily accessible online payment option. When you call to schedule an appointment they send you over to the new patient coordinator who then reviews your information over the course of several days. That is mind blowing to me. Waiting for a review of your documents before you can even schedule an appointment is inefficient and unnecessarily cruel for patients that need timely appointments. Why not review the information in the window of time before the appointment? Why make the patient wait by their phone constantly beside them for days afraid that they will miss the coordinator's phone call??? This isn't right. There is no way to call and inform the front desk if you are running late. My car battery died the morning of my appointment, thankfully I was only 10 minutes late, but this experience added another frustration of navigating an inefficient office. At the end of the day, the doctor was very helpful and had a great bedside manner. So it's unfortunate that the doctor doesn't have the best support in providing better patient care."
