"Very nice people at J&J. But we're very disappointed that we drove there from Floyd after calling J&J and were told they'd take our vehicle for $120 after I gave them a description of it. They refused to take it for any amount, even $20 just so we could get it off of our trailer. But, as stated before they were very nice people and we were thrilled they were open until 5 pm. But, we will continue to use D&M."

"I will never recommend this place. Was scheduled at 10am. They lied and said there was an accident on the interstate, which I looked up and there wasn’t any accidents near us. 5 hours go by and I called for the 3rd time asking what was going on. The man claimed he knew nothing about the 10 o’clock appointment and said he wasn’t going to pick my car up today. I would NEVER call them or recommend them to anyone for the poor customer service."
