"Very happy so far with the handling of my loved one's medical needs. Thank you."
"My mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and started her treatment with this group. They told her in the beginning they would responsible for all of her medical care and to call them first with any health concerns. They said they always have someone on staff that will call her back. Not true. She has been sick and running a fever for almost a week. She had to go to another Dr for care and antibiotics which have not helped her and has had to fire the chemo Dr because they are not doing anything to help her. She had problems initially even getting an appointment scheduled. We were told numerous times they were having staffing issues. If this is the case the physicians and management should step up and get the right help in place for patient care. I feel really bad for their patients that don’t have the health and energy to stand up and advocate for themselves the way my mother has had to do. Cancer patients should not have to deal with this absolute lack of care! Having cancer and going through treatment is difficult enough!"
"I would give no stars if it were an option. They say they are having staffing issues, but the patient care is suffering. You aren't taken care of as they say you will be. Then they randomly change your appts without even letting you know! They should not be taking on new patients when they are unable to care for them. When you have cancer, that's enough to deal with. There is no reason you should have to know your Dr isn't doing things needed to take care of you."
"Well, my first doctor whom I loved retired after my second appointment with him. Then I had two other doctors that didn't seem to know a thing about what I have. I'm now on the 4th doctor, Dr. Sutton, I really like him. I feel like I can talk with him about anything but, I'm not really sure yet if he knows much about what I have. I have been told by another specialist I have that not many doctors know about it. They have a answering machine now that I ABSOLUTELY HATE... They didn't call me back when I called Thursday so I don't know when my appointment is. When I've been there waiting I can't figure out why they need a answering machine. The only people that look like they are to busy to answer the phone is the doctor and his assistant nurse and the nurses back in the infusion or treatment room. The worse part is I really like the receptionist. She has helped me out a lot. GET RID OF THAT ANSWERING MACHINE. When I first started you always answered the phone. Out of all the specialist I have to see, Tennessee Oncology on Battlefield is the only one with a message machine."
