"Dr West is not a good therapist. Be prepared for her to be up to 30 mins late for your appointment. She is chronically late, highly unprofessional and incredibly lazy and does not offer any apologies for it. She focuses on the negative. You can do a million positive things toward recovery and she will say you could have done a million and 1. She went on maternity leave and did not tell me until the week she was to leave. Also did not leave any backup during her leave and did not give enough notice for me to find my own. Does not teach you skill sets. Do not waste your time. If I could leave zero stars I would."
