"No good, ended up on the phone for over 30 minutes in regards to the package not being delivered. The claim was due to inclement weather, roads were clear. Had to pick-up package at hub, atleast they allowed me to do that."

"Zero accountability. It’s impossible to call them directly, and when you finally get a real person at the international call center the number they provide doesn’t work. I was supposed to receive a package on 11/22 with a signature requirement. No problem, I adjust my schedule so I’m at home and available. Tracking number on 11/22 says ‘out for delivery’. It never gets delivered. 11/23 is a holiday, so I expect it will show up the next business day on Fri. 11/24. I adjust my schedule again so that I can be home to sign for it. Checking the tracking all morning returns ‘delivery date pending’ until 10:45am, when it changes to ‘delivery attempted’. This status I know is completely false. I have a long driveway that I can see from every point in my house, and no FedEx truck ever came down it. When I finally get hold of a person at the call center, I learn that both tracking updates are false. Apparently, on 11/22 when it was marked ‘out for delivery’ the local FedEx wasn’t even in possession of it yet, and no delivery attempt was made today (11/24) even though that’s what my tracking info indicates. However, they assure me it will be delivered on 11/27, but couldn’t answer why I should believe that when they confirmed that all previous information provided to me was false. And then, you can’t even get in touch with the local office to get things sorted out and get an accurate delivery date—from the people actually doing the delivering—because the number is unlisted."

"If zero stars was an option I would have chosen it. FedEx delivery person slammed our package so hard on our concrete steps that it dented the box all the way across. I refuse to accept a damaged package so it took THREE phone calls to actually get someone to do their job and arrange to have the damaged package return. The delivery man clearly didn't think anyone was home because when I opened the door his jaw dropped to the pavement. Yeah he was the one who damaged our package of girl scout cookies that I'm sure are crumbs. Package all the way to the door and he used MUCH FORCE to do this damage. Extremely unprofessional"

"My packages are always being delivered to the house down the street. These people are going through them and deciding whether to call me or not. My Address is clearly on my house. This is simply because the driver is to lazy to walk my package up the nine steps to my house. But I will refuse this order with the retailer and let Fed Ex deal with them!"
