"Would not recommend for engraving small items, my bracelet charm was destroyed with the first letter engraved twice and I had to purchase another to replace it since it was intended as a gift."
"Picked up ring today after waiting almost 2 months for it to be resized. I kept getting excuses as to why it was taking so long. The price went from $20. to $50. after the man broke the ring and said he had to order more gold to put back in it. The ring size should have been a 7 it's not it's a 7.5 and I had to have a ring guard attached so I wouldn't lose it. I went in to get it and was told immediately by the man himself to give him 45 minutes and come back and it'll be ready. Yeah well 45 minutes later one of the ladies said he left after I did and she didn't know how long he'd be gone she took my phone number again but kept writing my first name wrong I had to correct her 3 times. I was hot under the collar but kept my cool. I hate being lied to. I left and got to the funeral home and decided I wanted to go back and see it and make sure it was still there so I turned went in and spoke to Joyce told her all I'd been told she said he was in the parking lot and would be in . He came in and (without apologizing for lying to me about getting back on it so I could get it in 45 minutes.) He went in the back put a polish on it and brought it to me in under 2 minutes. When he stretched it he caused stress cracks and that's his reasoning for charging me $ 30. more because he had to order more gold to fill in the cracks. He left a seam on the outside of the ring which is very visible but brushed it off as nothing. This was my first and last time to entrust them with anything of mine and my last time to do business of any kind with them."
"Cheapskates..I took a $250 Cuban link silver chain in there an they tried trading me for a $50 thin tiny chain claiming they couldn't polish up the one I brought in like dude I'm not dumb lmao"
"Ring sizer is fantastic Jewelry store is top quality and prices are competitive"
"They don't want to pay much for anything. I had 8 grams of silver and the man over the store only offered $5. That's not right because at the time silver was 21 dollars a gram. I also had a gold chain he only offered $20 bucks for so I declined the offer and went across town and sold it at the pawn shop for $70 bucks. Not to mention, they are NOT open on Sundays despite what it says on here."
