La Nails Salon

"A friend & I went in to get a pedicure. There were technicians at all the nails stations but no one to do pedicures. One of the technicians came over & put the plastic shield in & put water in the pedicure tubs. They had us put our feet in but I sat there like that for over an hour (long enough to let the water get cold). One technician came over to do pedicures; the technician did my friend. In the meantime another client came & they put her feet in a water bath also. They continued to take nail customers and left me in my cold water. When I finished I asked for a discount because I had to wait so long. The owner refused. He said he had the best price in town! He wouldn’t even stop swearing to come over to talk to me. He obviously doesn’t care that I had a bad experience & certainly doesn’t care that I left unhappy. The bathroom was untidy & there was a deep coat of dust around the sides. I don’t know if they ever get inspections. The equipment the technicians get out & use is dusty & dirty looking too."

"i got my nails done not even 1 week ago and 2 of them has already broke off. i was scratching my stomach and the middle finger broke, they gave my cousin a infection on her toe if u want to get ur nails done, don’t go to this place i would consider anywhere else and they are really mean to their customers. to add on to this my thumb tips were 2 different sizes. they did do good on the nail art tho i will give them that"

"I went in for a simple pedi. Had my 1 year old daughter sleeping on my shoulder and our very compact stroller in case my baby woke up and i needed to put her in it. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a business. Absolute garbage. Asked if i could go back and put my stroller in my car because they didn’t have room for it in which they obviously had ample room to store a very compact stroller. So rude. I will never be back. I told them it’s absolutely no problem for me to go elsewhere. Would not want to spend money on such rude people. As if it isn’t difficult enough to get out as a first time mother with a small child people like this make it even harder. This is the only place I’ve ever had problems with accommodating a stroller."

"The job was rushed and I wasn’t happy even before I left the place and they got even worse just a day after. Was quoted different price over the phone and charged $10 dollars more at checkout. Never will go there again because of this experience."
