"Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to meet Dr. Quincy due to the disrupting and condescending tone of her employee, Michelle. Her tone was very rude and annoyed because she didn't remember a conversation of advising us to locate her when we called due to previous phone tags. She went on to say, "I would not have said this" and " I do not remember our conversation".
