"Dr. Buchanan gave us one diagnosis for our child which was thoroughly discussed during our video call follow up with him and then he gave us a completely different diagnosis in his written report received 3 months later. We even started our child on medication per his recommendation before receiving the second diagnosis when he changed his mind. He did not offer a logical explanation or an apology for his confusion. He got our $5,000 and we got a useless psych report. Do not trust this doctor!"

"(Note* - Posting this under a different name) Where do I even begin? William Buchanan and his team set my hopes up high in terms of the service I purchased for a very large sum of money. However, all my hopes were SHATTERED down when they did not deliver. Everything was just a routine paperwork for them. I really don't believe that an individual with supposedly 30 years of experience, could do such a shady job after getting paid upfront. His reports were NOT delivered on time, showed very poor analysis, his and his team's lack of timely response were just tip of the iceberg. All of this left my family and me into a world of distress. I strongly recommend NOT to hire Buchanan and his associates for any service. Please do consider alternate options if you're being forced into hiring him. Extremely disappointed and would like my money back (but can't)"

"If you care for your family and children, please do not use Dr. Buchanan. He does not do his assessments thoroughly. He is a joke for being a psychologist and being an advocate for people, their families, and their mental well-being. Dr. Buchanan and his team are responsive until they get paid and then there is no regard for deadlines or response. They barely take the effort to understand and, make judgements without thoroughly analyzing what is actually going on. For them, you're just another client. His junior teams does the "work" and takes inputs without proper analysis. The reality needs to be shared with everyone so you don't have to go through what I went through. (Using an alias) PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM!"
