"I was disappointed after our session with Andre Thomas. He was 17 minutes late to the video chat and had too many distractions during the call, from fidgeting with items on his desk, repairing a section of the wall, walking around, and finally locking the building and driving away. He was unablel to provide us with the undivided attention we required and needed. The entire session was extremely unprofessional. The next day I emailed to cancel the upcoming sessions and rather than trying to find out the reason for the cancellation, he simply replied: "Will do!" No follow up to see what happened or the reason. I am extremely disappointed and had high hopes of having someone to help navigate and mediate the issues I presented."
