"If you setup services, your counselors will be nice. However, you will need to nonstop correct billing and appointments. You can speak to staff and immediately after it will be setup incorrectly. You will links for virtual sessions not be sent and you’ll have to call and request them. You’ll have incorrect payments and have to call and correct them. You will spend your days correcting every aspect of their services due to this staff just not being equipped to handle their jobs. I have attempted to give grace to this company on multiple occasions. I even talked to more thanonce to make her away of a. he issues and how unnecessary it is for such a lack of communication for a therapy business to have. I was promised these issues would not be as frequent (with her stressing everyone makes mistakes); however, mistakes should not be every single week- every single session. You will end up scheduling appointments in advance and somehow they won’t get setup properly. If you do not call you will end up getting improperly charged. It will feel like services with this company is another job. Not worth the therapy. You’ll need therapy for all their issues. Very unorganized. Do not understand how SO many issues persisted no matter how many calls and emails were sent to confirm accurate scheduling and communication. Keep a log, you’ll need it if you seek their services. Oh, and good luck reaching their office. They answer calls when they want."

"Excellent and caring therapists here."
"In 2020, I required open heart surgery. For a few years prior, my health was declining and I was very frustrated with it. With a teen/young adult at home, hubby retiring from active duty, and a mid-life baby being expected things were strained to say the least. Sara helped us through some transitional times. Through my testing and the discovery of me needing open heart surgery. Since the surgery, she has helped me to move past my anxiety and gaining my life back. She has always checked on all members of my family to ensure they didn't need anything through my tough times. I am certain my sessions are close to ending. I will miss her deeply when I am released from care. She is exactly what I needed during my tough years."
