Reviews
"The staff really cares. From the intake ,nurses, doctors, and even the custodians, there's a certain warmth and knowledge that helped me tremendously. My favorite part that helped me the most is group therapy with Yailene, she's just wonderful."
"Mrs. Joan was the best doctor ever. She helped me get clean and get into a rehab. It took two months but hands down she is an amazing doc! The rest of the staff was so caring too me."
"Terrible service I've been waiting 3 months to go to rehab in americus and I get the run around and now the therapist who suggested this won't answer her phone or voice-mail and the program director with the rehab facilities won't answer the phone and the guy I was supposed to meet called from a restricted number and never called again. I have no one in my corner and this is beyond stressful and unhealthy"
"I liked Dr. Dan. The rest of the staff left much to be desired. From losing my insurance information and billing the wrong insurance to not returning my calls about billing and medication issues, I wasn't pleased with the office staff. The last straw was showing up for a much-delayed follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist only to find out my appointment had never been entered into the computer, and a nasty nurse basically told me I had to bring my appointment card back to PROVE I'd been scheduled, plus said I needed to see a therapist before I could see the doctor again about my medication. Going someplace where the staff doesn't treat me like my mental illness also affects my intellect."
