"You deserve 0 stars. This therapist made me feel like I was the worst person ever. She made rude comments about my deceased mother, and my abusive past marriage and about me as a person. I came to her at a very low time in my life. My grandmother was in her last days of living. This lady made my life even worse. When you’re trying to heal and deal with life better, the last thing you need is a licensed professional that you have opened up to about your life make you feel like your life is not worth living. I chose a black female therapist so I could relate to everyday struggles as a black woman. I regret choosing her."

"Dr Ivy was recommended by a family friend after my family experienced a medical scare that impacted the entire family. She was patient and attentive to all of our needs. She seemed very experienced in her field. My Husband and I liked her approach to providing counseling for our family. My kids 10 & 12 at the time said they felt very comfortable speaking to her. I have recommended her to family & friends. Although I went to her once she provided the necessary steps I was looking for to counsel my family. Just like any doctor you have to shop around until you can find the one that is a good fit for you & your needs."
