"Pros: From the very beginning, my experience has been that this company has been very honest, reliable and has operated with integrity. The onboarding team try their best to match client, location and hours with RBT best suited for kiddo. I have been nothing less than completely impressed with their support and response to their staff. I had a dilemma with one of my sessions, they were very supportive, and as a team, we found the best solution overall and I was very happy about the outcome and how they conducted business. They have showed their support from scheduling, days off/making up hours, checking in with me, providing bonuses, making sure to highlight the staff and I can't wait for the Christmas partaaaaaay!!! Cons: I can only say no benefits and earning PTO is lower than average but the pay is well enough to provide monetary coverage for benefits. I have been with this company for 6 months."
