"It's great if you like black mold and being dictated what you can and cant do in America. Shotty maintenance at best. They dont follow HUD rules like they are suppose to but they expect you to follow every rule to the t. Always sending threatening letters to evict you if you dont do as they say. Even on ridiculous things. Its like a prison camp. They think its the Taj Mahal. Karen is the worst in the office. Goto church on Sunday then judge people on Monday. Telling you who you can and cant have visit you. People are banned for doing nothing. I had a mold inspector tell me that i had black mold. I reported it and they looked and said it wasnt to keep from doing the work. 24 outlets and only 4 of them worked correctly. The rest you had to pinch the plug together until it would fit and hold into the wall. Not a fire hazard they said but my oven was. I bet they are regretting it now. Stay away from this place, you're better off under a bridge..."
