"I spent time here recently with a sick family member, and feel this place has really gone down hill. The manager, Angela Justice sits in her office, right off the main lobby and smokes, so the smell of smoke hits you in the face immediately upon walking in. The elevator is filthy, the carpet is stained and dirty throughout. Most of the redidents seem lovely, but there is a woman on 2nd floor who must chain smoke, it smells so bad. She leaves her door open and she really stinks up the hallway and 2nd floor lobby. In the evening its very obvious that she is smoking pot, and I think you could get high from the 2nd hand smoke. This complex used to be so nice. Maybe new management is in order."
