"I've tried to call several times for a refill on my medication. Medication that you can't just stop taking. The staff is not service friendly like you are wasting their time. I also was on hold with them and the phone connected me to another patient trying to confirm their appointment. For an office that deals with mental health issues you think they would be more accommodating. The doctor was very nice but I've only seen the NP since my first visit."
"Front office staff including management have a disgusting attitude. I called to get my son back in to see nurse practitioner Ms. Amos and I was willing to pay out of pocket cost ( which a woman at the front desk told me it would be fine and she would email me over paper work. Never did.) and when I called back to ask why the paperwork wasn’t sent another woman rudely told me he was denied. Businesses like this is part of the problem today ! People reach out for help and you deny them without a reason why, and they have an attitude with you for asking why. It’s already bad enough you guys stopped accepting certain insurance not giving patients any information on where else to go! Leaving them to “Figure it out “ but I plan on filling a complaint with the BBB as well."

"Everyone is so polite and friendly. Dr. Taio and Dr Karen are amazing. They listen, they work with you. The staff is spectacular at reminders of appointments. The patient portal is awesome. I'm able to send messages and get replies within the day I sent the message. Highly, highly recommend. Remember, the road to mental health is a process. Be honest, open, and don't expect to be fixed at the snap of a finger. Work with these amazing people and they will do everything they can to get you on track. I moved 3 hours away and will not be going anywhere else. That's how much I love them!"
