"Dr. Hardy did not show up to our appointment. Terrible and not reliable counselor. She seems like she is only in counseling for the money. She does not care about the client. I would not recommend her. She is a joke."

"Dr. Hardy is an incredible listener, perceptive and patient. She's also gifted in presenting challenging character traits/patterns that may be near impossible to see in yourself due to your current mindset or mental strongholds that hinder healthy perspective of oneself. I've received wise and solid counsel from her at least a once every few months (about once a season) for 3 years straight. People are human, and so is she; therefore, this isn't an attempt to "clear her name" because she's clearly excellent at what she does. This is coming from someone who has frequently scheduled time with Dr. Hardy and respects what she does and how efficiently and superbly she does it. Make an appointment with her and learn from 1sthand experience. if you're going to judge, judge in-person. You won't be disappointed."

"She doesn't show any professionalism by cancelling appointments that have been scheduled months in advance. She always text to cancel by making all type of excuses at the very last minute. My sessions were supposed to be urgent and I have had one 30 min talk with her in 3 months.."

"She ghosted us. I had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment. I got a text at 6:30 am in the morning the day of (which is extremely rude to send that early) asking me to confirm my appointment. I confirmed it and waited patiently for her to send me the zoom link. I had to reach out to her for it which is not professional. She responded to my text 2 hours later with the link. I logged in 5 minutes before the appointment and waited and waited and waited for her to join the call. Then i called her a few times to see where she was and it kept going to voicemail. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE. Ive never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional. She should have her license taken away."

"Dr. Hardy did not show up to our telehealth appointment. We scheduled the appointment over a month before. I expected a link to the virtual visit the day of the appointment and messaged her 15 minutes before to confirm that our appointment was still set since I had not received the link. When I didn’t hear back I also left a voicemail. It was set on a Saturday and I didn’t hear back from the office until Monday stating Dr. Hardy had a crisis counseling appointment at another organization and that they understand if I don’t want to reschedule as “this was also a shock for her as well being called to help a suicidal person”. I understand having to reschedule but to cancel with no warning or to not follow up promptly after the fact shows a great deal of unprofessionalism."
