I remember my first session with her, I couldn't even articulate myself without crying. The first thing she taught me was to breathe. Those breathing and calming techniques she taught me, I still use to this day! "I started with Tinika about 2yrs ago (during the pandemic) after not been satisfied with the therapist I was seeing during that time. I knew from the 1st session I would be a life-long client! Tinika does A LOT of listening and THEN she counsels! I would recommend her for family, individual or couples therapy! I told her if she ever moved, I'm following her! :-) There are just some things you shouldn't compromise on. Getting your mental peace and healthy state of mind is one of them.
