"I called his office recommended by our doctor. The lady informs me that since they are not contracted with my insurance they can’t treat us. I asked if we can pay out of pocket and she still was arguing about my insurance. I’m not even sure if she was genuinely hearing what I was asking because a couple of the comments and answers she made wasn’t consistent with my questions. She raised her voice at me as well. I feel that if she is working for a physician that treats mental health she should be better at keeping her temper . This was unacceptable."

"I couldn’t even get an appointment because the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude to me!!!! Dr. Bailey needs to reconsider who is answering his phones."

"Very thorough and experienced doctor. My 12 year old is ADHD, ODD, and on the spectrum. She has other things incorporated with this diagnosis so meeting her needs can be a bit tricky for a new doctor but with his process and thoroughness on intake he was able to understand her pretty spot on. He continued the medication she had been taking and prescribed from her previous doctor, he made sure she got labs done to monitor her due to possible side effects that I was unaware of previously. Thankful for his knowledge in that area so we can keep an eye on specific things and can discontinue/adjust the medication if ever there were a problem in the future. We are relocating to another state so we will have to find a new doctor once we get there and I can only hope to find one similar to Dr. Bailey and his helpful office staff. Highly recommend this office, in my daughters lifetime she has worked with 7 doctors of his expertise and he is the top 2 when it comes to knowledge, thoroughness, and overall care."

"My son loved Dr. Bailey but he had to stop seeing him due to my ex and then when he could see him again his front office staff informed me that it had been too long (4 years) and he would not reopen his case and he would have to find someone else. His front office staff was rude and would not answer any questions. Then when I asked about other recommendations I was then treated like I had done something wrong and was hung up on. Which was unprofessional and unbecoming. Despite Dr. Bailey being a doctor my son felt safe with his staff needs to learn him to interact with others regardless of past or presently being seen. That sad part is I now have to find someone my son feels safe with again and I have to go through the whole process again. Very disappointed!"

"Dr. Bailey has been helping me since I was about 15-16. I'm 25 now and he still has me as a patient despite being a child focused doctor. Has always been empathetic towards me and my mom. The staff are also always kind and courteous."
