"Therapy Steps played a crucial role early in my daughter’s life and my parenting journey. We started with Susan when my girl was 8 weeks for mild torticollis and neck weakness. She worked with us until it was resolved at 16 weeks, and helped again over the phone as we neared crawling. Working with Susan was amazing - she is kind and thorough and incredibly skilled. As a first time Mom, she educated me and made me and my baby feel comfortable. She’s fantastic with babies and kids, and her treatment plans are very doable when you’re back home. She made the process feel less daunting and I knew we were in it together. With her help and guidance, we resolved the torticollis without needing a helmet and the baby got so strong! Cannot recommend Therapy Steps enough!"
