"Was having a great experience in the beginning until I tried to cancel my membership. First they make you come in person to cancel your membership. All while keeping your card on file. I went up to the studio in person because I have gotten repeated charges from them which I was told would be stopped. They said a manager would be reaching out and I haven’t heard anything but they sent me a receipt of a charge they made after I had to replace my card because of them. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED"

"My friend and I went here Saturday. My friend has been to the Brookhaven location before and loved it . This particular experience on Saturday was terrible . The instructor was new and the class didn’t go as expected . She didn’t know what she was doing and was using YouTube the entire time and making up the class as she went . When my friend tried to speak to management about the class to get a credit they said no and the manager Angela won’t call her back to discuss the issue at hand . Grace told my friend if we were unhappy the. We should have left in the middle of class in order to get a credit . Very poor management here ."
