"They’re nice I guess, I got put with a PA who I had to meet with every three month to get my meds instead of every year like any other meds which wouldn’t be so inconvenient if it didn’t take over 45 minutes on hold to get in touch with ANYBODY! And their online scheduling service doesn’t work so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I often ration my meds since I know trying to book an appointment will be atleast a three day ordeal"
"They lose all stars because their predatory practice of charging $100 for appointments you "miss". Then they remove ALL forms of being able to cancel other than trying to get through via phones. Oh, no it's 48 hours. Yeah I put in a message.. snarky reply: 48 business hours. Oh so 6 business days? So much for trying to help people with mental problems! Well since I now have to pay, my therapist gets to hear about it."
"This practice is disgusting and bordering fraudulent. To so much as schedule an appointment or ask about my bill I have to call EACH AND EVERY TIME, 5+ times or hold for 2+ hours. I told my provider about this at my last appointment and she said well how did you get your appointment today. This was dismissive and condescending. I had already explained what I had to do to get an appointment. Now I have recently moved and lost my prescription. In the past 2 days I have called 8 times to get a refill on this lost prescription. No answer. Tried sending a message via the portal NO RESPONSE. Find a different mental health provider this one ain’t it."
"I’m giving a four star solely based on the front office. It’s difficult getting through and you can tell that they are stretched thin. I have had my therapist leave notes on my account and yet the front doesn’t seem to read them ever. I like my therapist too much to cuss and fuss with them. It’s more annoying than anything but whatever I try my best to avoid them at all costs. If you are looking for great therapist then I highly recommend LifeStance."
"This place charged me $100 for missing an appointment I didn’t even make and then charged me another $100 for missing an appointment (scheduled for the day after Christmas) because I had the flu and I didn’t cancel 48 hours in advance (which would have been a Sunday). When I called to reschedule they said I had a balance of $200, and in addition to that, I can’t schedule another appointment until I pay $100. I’m a full-time college student with no financial or familial support, who had a suicide attempt a month ago. Clearly, I need support, therapy, and medication but I guess I’m not getting it here. That’s mental health care in the US I guess. Only people who can afford to pay $100 to reschedule an appointment because they had the flu (which no one can predict 48 hours in advance) are worthy of getting the help they need. Look elsewhere unless you can afford nonsense charges."
