"I have been doing Pilates for 20 years, and when I moved to Woodstock, I could not find a Pilates studio that fit my level or my needs. When I saw that Club Pilates was opening in Woodstock, I signed up immediately. I was so glad to have a Pilates studio that I could join, and take as many classes I wanted throughout the week unlimited, versus paying per class, which can get very expensive if you take more than a couple of classes a week. I found my home with Club Pilates, and have been going regularly since they opened. The environment is so welcoming, non-judging, encouraging, and fun! The instructors are fantastic, and all of them have very different teaching styles, so if one style of teacher does not resonate with you, you have many other teachers and styles to choose from. I just cannot say enough about how incredible Pilates is for the body, and I cannot say enough about how incredible Club Pilates Woodstock is! They also have a boutique with great Pilates clothing! "I have been at CPW for almost a year now. I was hesitant to try because I just wasn’t sure how Pilates would be enough for me. I come from a hiit, spin, CrossFit background and just couldn’t grasp how Pilates would challenge me. The first class kicked my butt! "JUST DO IT! I had been “stalking” this Club Pilates Woodstock studio on Instagram for almost 6 months and then I decided to give it a try. I took the free class and immediately fell in love. I started with a minimal membership and within the first week of taking classes I knew I wanted to up my membership to the unlimited plan! This is the best workout and within a couple of weeks I started to feel better and move better. I tried classes with many of the instructors and quickly found the class times and instructors that worked best for my schedule. The instructors are great and super helpful with showing the proper form and providing modifications when I was not able to do all the movements. It’s been exactly a year since I started, and I’ve been taking classes 5-6 days a week and getting stronger and stronger every day. Each of the instructors really push you to be the best you can be – no matter what level you’re at. Shout out to Stephanie, Maggie and Alyssa – you rock! The atmosphere at this studio is welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. It has become my home away from home and this “me time” has become my #1 self-care priority. LOVE THIS PLACE!!"
