"I remember this gym stating that they would be doing $25,000,000 in renovations. Well what did you all spend that money on because this gym is now actually worse than when it was Golds. The steam room hasn’t worked in forever and everything is old and outdated af. Couldn’t even put another water fountain somewhere? What did you all do with that money? Sorry but golds was better and cleaner"
"Ive been going to this gym for years since before it was Onelife and it was Golds gym. The amount of people since the switch is quite insane. There has been multiple times I haven’t been able to find a parking spot. It’s so busy to the point of having to wait in line for equipment. Also to add, the cleanliness of the gym has plummeted. The cleanliness was NEVER a problem when it was Golds."
"The worst facility I ever belonged to. It’s filthy. Never seen anybody cleaning it anywhere. Not enough floor mats, no smaller size inflatable balls. The pool is either closed or very cold and front desk is lying about pool temperature. Water level in jacuzzi is so low that it makes it unusable. The handicapped women toilet has been out of order for weeks. Women steam room has been out of order for months. Unsafe conditions around pool/spa area."
"The only thing l have that lm not pleased with is the pool. The water is too cold. I wish it was warmer. Im not going there for water therapy now. I have to go Cherokee Aquatic Center. Their water temp is 88 degrees all the time that is awesome. Its so much better. Thank you"
"Tell your friends and family to not bother with putting down a referral. I've had two friends put my name in as a referral- once I should have received a tshirt the other time was two months free membership fee. I talked to the front desk about this situation- the associate was very nice and apologized- he was asking a manager who was standing right there. The manager wouldn't speak to me directly and refused to honor their lame referral promotion. Left a bad impression."
