"I live there and I couldn't be more thankful for it I have a nice little place out back to take my son he has his own bedroom so just to be clear I am very grateful....However I would like to say a couple things myself I don't know if this was because I am a male or really the true reason behind it but we had to move into the worst apartment here the carpet in the bedrooms was tore up from previous tenants that had animals and the litter boxes was put in the closets I have paid out of pocket to shampoo the carpets multiple times and they still smell awful and my son plays on them floors....also my tap water is not drinkable it smells like sewer I was told to but a filter well I can't afford a filter so dishes brush our teeth water to drink all comes from bottle water my cabinets in the kitchen was full of mold they have been tore out in areas never replaced walls had stuff spilled on them or car urine sprayed on them and I have tried and tried to get someone that wasn't lazy to listen but seems things has changed alot so I can't fault the regional manager or anything like that I doubt they even have a clue....Overall even with the issues I have yes I would say it's a good place to live....never seen a bedbug"
