"Very nice place waiting list wasn't to long"
"If you want your apartment manager to call cps on you for nothing just because she doesn't like you go ahead and move in. The management refuses to fix anything in any of the places when I lived there it took months/the year I lived there for them to fix anything that needed fixed."
"Great place. Rooms are pretty spacious(bathroom not so much but still nice), and plenty of kids, so definitely child friendly. Landlady and maintenance man is really nice as well. My only complaints are how some rooms are haunted (other residents confirmed) and lack of light in bedrooms(not including the windows i saying no ceiling light just outlets) and the ac is a bit tricky at first."
"If you want your business spread like the gospel - by management, to other tenants - thenby all means, move right in! The bed bugs are a nice touch, but the endless battle with gnats was a real hit! Lol. Read and re-read your rental agreement... figure up how they calculate your rent and then do your own calculations, trust me!! I'd give this place 0 stars if I could."
