"One of the behavioral aids/child transporters witnessed injuries to a child and heard the child say with his own mouth that he was being hit with a belt by his foster parents. The behavioral aid/transporter did not report this even though he is a court mandated reporter. He lied and stated to DFCS that he did not have any concerns, but he told the child's grandmother that visits that it was very concerning and that he would make a report. The behavioral aid/transporter did not show up to court even though he was served with a subpoena, and he did not receive any punishment."
"This place is amazing when it comes to the kids of Carrollton. I haven't met a person yet who wasn't awesome. And Wendi is nothing short of amazing herself. She's very blunt and honest which is rare in places like this and the situations that bring people to places like this. I couldn't have asked for a better monitor. She genuinely cares about her clients and their children. But she also doesn't play any games and takes her job very seriously. I'm so glad that my girls and I have her as our monitor. When I feel defeated or like things aren't going right, she's always right there to give me encouragement and tell me that I'm not as bad as I think I am. I'm very thankful for Phoenix and everyone there."
"Amazing place to work!!!! Love being a #phoenixpham"
"They care about money over allowing my family to visit and see each other. At first they were amazing however, the past year changed I was also told not to worry, my supervisor would be at court and I didn't need to subpena him..but he was a no-show along with the guy before him as well. I had a court order visitation but numerous visits were cancelled all be sure the other party at times just didn't feel like letting us visit. No show to visits and didn't bother to even let me know until I had to contact the transporter after waiting and no show. If you have to pay as a a private case, please note they may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. In a single mom and in one year lost my mom my husband and just the other day lost my job. I was told I needed to say them $500 before seeing my kids. They even chsrged me for dates their own transporter canceled. I will definetly look intova better company with workers that arent falling asleep or needing medicine to stay up. I think going with a more expensive company that is on the same page and doesn't allow money to come before families and children depending on them to keep their family close during terrible times when that aren't able to be together like normal. But people don't know what it is like until it happens to them."
"I was a client for them for about 6 months. My couselor was very helpful for my family. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone have personal and family issues."
