"Scheduled my appt online (her website), was suppose to get a call confirming appt next day, nothing.... called the day prior to my scheduled appt and left msg she called me back and said she did not receive my online appt so she scheduled me for the following week and took my information and said she will email me initial paperwork. Never received anything (I found forms on website). Showed up on time, surprised to see she was her own receptionist. During our session, she kept dozing off. At one point I just sat there for a bit and watched her as her eyes stayed closed. I startled her by loudly saying, " Are you actually sleeping? Her eyes fluttered opened and she said, "I was just thinking", really? What therapist does that? She was very unprofessional, sloppy and lacked empathy. I came to her to talk about serious life issues I was dealing with and she falls asleep. Unbelievable! How is she supposed to help someone when she's not able to sense another person's emotion through concentration, active listening and continued engagement. Needless to say I won't be going back to her. Don't waste your time, find a therapist who will connect with you and are compassionate."

"I saw this therapist in September. There was some type of mix up and apparently she scheduled me for a different time than I was told and when I got there she told me I was an hour late but she would still see me. During the actual therapy session she dozed off a couple times. No offense but who does this? So unprofessional. I felt embarrassed at her lack of professionalism not to mention offended. I’m coming here to talk about my life issues and you fall asleep? However, I like to give people second chances and give the benefit of the doubt. We’re all human and maybe she had a long night. After our appointment ended, she told me I can return in 2 weeks and I can call her to make the appointment. So I did and left her a voicemail and called her back a couple times. Never answered or returned my calls. I don’t know what’s going on, but I wouldn’t waste my time here - actually go find a therapist that knows what they’re doing."

"Anita rescheduled first appointment due to family emergency on her part. No problem. SHE made new appt for today at 6 pm. Drove 35 mins to get here, and she didn't show up. Texted her multiple times and called her as well, no answer. Do not recommend anyone waste their time with her services. Terrible customer service considering her "customers" are obvious in crisis or why would we need her to begin with."
