"This was my first and, unfortunately, last visit to this doctor’s office. I needed hormone medication for menopausal symptoms. I was immediately asked if I wanted antidepressants, ‘because they work well also’. Ehm, NO! Do you even know what you’re prescribing patients? Have you seen the list of side effects of that drug? Why on earth would you suggest that to a healthy patient who has no other symptoms but hot flashes. The NP then proceeded to check my information and informed me that my vitals were good. No one even took my vitals! Every room in the facility had posters promoting the flu and covid shots. Let me guess; you receive bonuses for this? Wow, never again!"

"I saw Dr Swachitha Kothapally at the Canton office. She was very tentative to my needs. We had real conversation with no interruption on laptop like a loot of other physician's I have seen in the past. She seems to have a lot of knowledge in my health issues. I would have given a 5-star review if it wasn't for the front office staff. Although friendly - they appeared to be busy chit-chatting amongst themselves about personal issues, it was hard to know if they knew I was there and/or working on my check-/check-out. I would appreciate communication with patients before personal chit-chat."

"Excellent service, wait time little to none. Customer service, started with the front offices, the greeting private conversation while others are in the office waiting area. Smile, greeting, very companionate, kind. Then the nurse call you back. The same excellent very warm very compassionate you can tell she has a passion for her job and patient. Doctor comes in excellent greeting customer service, passionate. her job but she’s there to help go to the lab. Excellent customer service you can tell she loves her job very well warm and major. Very comfortable. Wow giving you a stick lol for the drawing of the blood. Overall visit first time there impeccable is what I will describe all who were there involved in my day and visit at the Wyndham in Canton office. "I’ve only had two virtual visits and both were very pleasant and my provider was very compassionate, she listened very well, I felt comfortable and forthcoming whilst discussing my concerns and a treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and I was given good detailed instructions and advice. As of now i am giving a 5 star rating and a “would recommend”!"

"Receptionist needs to be more efficient at making sure she gives the patient's ID and insurance card back. I have to be partly to blame, as I should have checked before I left the office. Didn't notice I didn't have the cards till I got home. Other than that, everything was fine."
