"I usually don’t leave reviews, but I take my little sister here and we weren’t able to make it to 2 appointments , the 1st time for her birthday party and the 2nd time because our car broke down , we let them know ahead of time and all they would say is I’ll call you back and never heard back , we tried making another appointment and they had a big attitude and told me to wait in the lobby , we waited for close to an hour and finally someone came up and said we can’t attend you anymore . We tried to get hold of her therapist but they kept canceling and saying we’re not gonna attend you. They made us wait for an hour just to blow us off with no explanation . The attitude from the staff should be checked . WARNING to the parents thinking about bringing your child here ."

"Without going into detail about my recovery, let it suffice to say my knee replacement surgery has been an absolute nightmare. When I started my therapy here I had very low expectations about their ability to help. I could not have been more wrong. The entire team treated me as if I was their only patient. I’ve finished my first round of therapy and for the first time in 3 months I have hope of gaining full use of my leg. Elizabeth and Emily were focused and patient. Always encouraging and supportive.
