"My appointment was scheduled back in August. I showed up for my appointment and I wasn’t on the schedule. Later on, the same day my husband had an appointment which he was running late for. He was in the parking lot as he gets a call that they had to re schedule him even though his appointment was scheduled 2 months prior. They proceeded to tell me that my husband was a lier because he didn’t let them know that he was outside which he did. I understand being late is sometimes un acceptable but he wasn’t even given the 15 minutes they say you have to arrive. I was highly disappointed."

"Time management in this office is horrible. Waited for the doctor over an hour after I was numbed for a filling, I almost walked out because before they numbed my tooth, I had already waited 45 minutes. The procedure itself took 10 minutes. Also had a pre booked appointment for a few months out for a cleaning and they called me and said they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to come in sooner so I agreed to come in first thing in the morning. I was the 1st patient to be taken back. The hygienist did a great job and was super friendly. When she was done with her part she went to get the doctor only to come back and inform me that he was in a meeting and that I could either wait an indefinite amount of time or I could leave. I’m sorry what? Mind you, they called me and said they had the availability but now they are telling me the doctor is busy in a meeting. I had a job to get to and time is money so I did not get a full visit but I’m sure they charged a full visit to my insurance. The practice is very nice and well kept but management wise is horrible."

"Had my appointment set at 3:30. When I arrived the receptionist told me my appointment was at 2. I showed her my appointment card which clearly had the time 3:30, but they weren’t able to see me. She stated that they had been calling me and wasn’t able to reach me. That was a lie. Not one phone call or voicemail was left on my phone. Note this is the second time they don’t see me. Horrible service, very unprofessional, and unorganized! Would not recommend!! Better off scheduling at another dentist…"

"I was looking for a dentist close to work. I thought I was going in for a cleaning, but they told me when I got there it was a consultation. That was disappointing. I found out I needed a filling repaired, but I couldn't do a filling and a cleaning in one appointment. I made my filling appt first, and Dr. C did my filling. It was made for 4pm, and he didn't start work until 4:55. The local had worn off before he gave me a shot, the office had told me that I would be guaranteed to be out by 5pm. He was passive aggressive to the assistants. I could tell the assistants were on eggshells around him. He broke some mold or something in my open mouth before he even got it around my tooth, was digging it out with his fingers and it scratched the inside of my cheek. The filling was too deep and hit a nerve, still sore weeks after. I went back for a cleaning to give that a chance, and I said something about the sensitivity. The hygienist was going to tell another Dr to check on it, but ran into Dr. C and I could sense how she was also afraid of him. The hygienists were also fussing across the exam rooms about a previous patient's notes... while one was working in my mouth. I have NEVER been anxious at a dentist in my life. This was three strikes. I left. Attitude and time management needs to be checked up on at this office. I will not be back."
