"I have never written a review but for this facility, I feel it’s a must. Southeast Detox is one of the best facilities I have ever been to. I have been to a few facilities and staff don’t always show care and compassion. From my experience many treatment facilities have inconsiderate, judgmental and disrespectful staff. At Southeast Detox there is so much compassion, empathy and kindness. My reason for coming to this facility was my struggle with alcoholism and mental health. I walked in the facility broken, exhausted and depressed. I walked out optimistic, hopeful and encouraged. Jena, is a tech there who really loves her job and the people there. She was there when I was struggling with depression and needed someone to talk to. She stays on her feet and I use to observe her work ethic. If any client needed anything she provided. I watched how she would keep the environment clean and interact with the clients. She sympathizes with the clients because she’s walked in our shoes. David was my therapist and I appreciated how knowledgeable and professional he was. Katrina made it possible for me to show myself love. I enjoyed her groups they were entertaining and kept me engaged. Ms. Pam and Stephanie were two of my favorite nurses. I appreciated that Stephanie took time to right out Bible verses to keep us encouraged. Tyler was nice and always spoke when he seen me. I’m appreciative that he and his clinical team made it possible for me to continue to sober living. Heather was my case manager and she helped me feel heard. She’s such a sweet person and immediately began working on my aftercare when I told her my plans. The chiropractor there was also so sweet. He would greet me with a good morning and shake my hand. (He wasn’t afraid to touch us)! Lol. It feels good to be treated as a human. Margaret was a tech that worked overnight. When she came in on her shift she would come check on each client personally and see how you were doing. She stayed busy and always would see to it that our needs were taken care of. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction please make that call. Southeast is a blessing, Don’t give up!"

"I want to start off by saying that the staff at Southeast Detox is by far the BEST that I've ever seen. My time there was a great learning experience. I went there with anxiety and alcohol abuse. I left there feeling whole and revived. I don't know their last names but they will know who I'm speaking of.lol I think Tyler runs a tight ship and he makes sure the residents are treated fair. My #1 staff member is Jena. That is JENA, all caps.lol She is amazing. Anything that she can do to help you, she will. Including being a listener. I thank you Jena with all my ♥. My therapist Katrina, and my case manager Heather. I learned alot from Amy's classes and Jessica is very transparent in her groups. David is a soft spoken teacher. Senia, Lisa, Tony, Maggie all were very helpful and kind to me at a point in my life that kindness was greatly needed. I'm grateful and thankful for SOUTHEAST DETOX. From the God Father.lol"

"This facility literally saved my life. The staff was top notch and went above and beyond their required job to help and take care of me. Jena, Senia, Lisa, Montana, Abbie, and Erin were techs that really helped to make me comfortable, cared for, and would even help talk me down when I was extremely emotional. Jessica was an excellent case manager and a great counselor. David and Katrina were great counselors. Katrina was always helpful and met with me one on one even though she was not my individual counselor. The nursing staff was great. Millie, Stephanie, Jessica, and Pat were always a joy. Sherrie worked really well with me on getting my medications right and I take a large number of medications. Overall every member of the staff was excellent. My experience here was very positive I will recommend this place to anyone who needs this type help."
