"It's alright. I don't usually go to Taco Bell but had to this time while running errands. Got the $5 dollar box, which is honestly a great deal for how much food you get. Sadly the taco had probably a tablespoon or less of meat in it and the burrito was practically all beans. The lady working drive thru was friendly though and they keep the place pretty clean."

"I do not eat Taco Bell and they reminded me why today. I am in the drive thru to order food, and I asked for a moment so I can decide. Then after a min, they asked me to pull back around because of their timer, I said no I will not, I am trying to decide what I want. Then they asked for me to park and come I side so they can help me decide. I said no I will decide on my own. Then some one came on the speaker and said I didn't have to be rude. I explained and you don't think asking me to go around again is rude, worried about a timer, then to give good customer service? I just left. I promise they will never get service out of me again. I can understand if someone or if there were a line of cars behind me, but there was no one. TacoBell, if the timer at the speaker is causing you to make customers get out of line, circle the building just to get back on line is ur PRIORITY. You need to change that."

"Stopped processing dining orders for dinner rush. Prioritized drive-thru over everything else, including dine and dash. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby, with zero dine-in orders processed, and 15 to 20 drive-thru orders processed. Had to exit store and go through drive-thru to get food. They only seem concerned with keeping their drive through timer down, and we're upset when I didn't want to move my vehicle forward. I got my food before the individual who ordered before me inside the store."

"MANY AND MANY TIMES HAVE I ORDERED HERE AND THE FOOD IS STILL TRASHHHH AT THIS POINT JUST THROW THE WHOLE STORE ON RUSSELL PARKWAY AWAY!!!!! It’s sad you have to travel miles to get quality food. These people are playing with our food here and they act slow as hell or nasty attitude. Tell me why my chalupa is this GREASY! And where is the side of steak and lettuce ? Please save your money! This is not worth it I’m dissatisfied and disappointed every single time! Like I said at this point just throw the whole store away"
