"Do not go to the one in Gray. Go to the one in Macon on Gray Hwy. I get 6 chicken quesadillas for my family. Gray put the AMT of meat I get for 1 1/2 in Macon on all 6. Plus they put the wrong sauce on. Yea the one in Macon is or was far superior. May have changed in the last few months cause I haven't been back to Gray. The people in Gray were kind but it didn't help out disappointment with the food very much."

"I used to not go to this location due to the quality of staff. I just left there picking up my online order and it was the most pleasant customer service experience that I have had in a very long time!!! "Came here before work and got 3 soft taco supreme's, after leaving and getting to work I noticed there was nothing but meat and cheese on the tacos. I tried to call multiple times to tell them that my order was wrong and they literally never pick up the phone. After work I came back and told the manager the issue (it was after 10PM at this point and I was still in my uniform) I asked her for a refund and provided a receipt and she asked for the food back like I would just leave taco's sitting in my car for like 6 hours. I told her I didn't have them and explained I was at work and tried to call multiple times just to receive no answer. She then had an attitude and told me she's not giving me a refund which is ridiculous because how is it my fault you guys don't pick up the phone. She called her manager to see if she could give me the refund then came out and told me that she can give me a refund "this time" but next time she won't like they plan on messing up my order another time. I told her there won't be a next time because every time I come here the wait in the line is 30+ minutes and they still mess up with all that time they had. This was just the first time I came back. And not only that they rarely ever have anything in stock (tomatoes, lettuce, and NEVER baja blasts don't even bother with that.) Instead of listening to what I was saying she immediately turned her back to me and went inside lol worst customer service experience I ever had. Literally worked in fast food multiple times and never treated people like that."
