"Slumlords! I moved into a place that had a refrigerator and air conditioner full of black mold. You could hear the mice run through the walls. The landlord or maintenance loves to come in when you're not home. Wish I could post the pics I have. In response to yours on my other review: The day I met Lori the owner, I told the truth about my 3 cats, they are friendly and strict indoor, and it was on my application. Show me proof I lied on the application. Shame on you for lying. The foggy windows, that I posted a pic of, were because no windows were sealed, from being so old, and it froze half the livingroom window in the winter. I was told the windows were eventually going to be replaced. They also had no screens in them, so I could not get fresh air. I was told the previous tenant just put plastic over them in the winter. I sent a pic by text of the temperature when the furnace went out. Lori wanted me to keep the place at 63° if I wasn't home, and said no more than 70° or it will overwork the furnace. I still have all these texts to prove it. A delay between housekeepers is not my problem, and a poor excuse for you. Terry told me he wasn't going to remove the AC unit yet in case I did need it, because the summer was supposed to be super hot. If I didn't want it removed, I wouldn't have complained about it. If it was from a previous tenant, and you kept it, it became your responsibility to clean it for the next tenant. I had to almost beg for weeks to remove the dirty fridge. I also asked for the pic of the text where you offered to replace the fridge, and got no response. You say you graciously let me stay month to month, yet gripe about how long I took to get out. I needed to find a livable home, for my baby that came two weeks after moving. If you think I took that long on purpose you're nuts. It was hard to find a home in this day and age, that we could afford in a nice place to raise our son, that we were not outbid on. You're trying to make it sound like I vandalized the place. I had anchors in the walls to hold shelving, to store everything I owned. Trust me, I moved from the country out in Clinton, and this place is not in the country enough to have mice in the walls to be my problem. I did leave all the mice poop under the kitchen sink for you when I left. It was also so water damaged under the sink when I moved in, and was never fixed. Under the bathroom sink was a foul sewage smell, that was admitted to the fact it was there, but nothing was found to fix it. The girl below me, Gabby, and her uncle also told me about some issues they had with you. I met her uncle cause he was mowing the lawn, which was your responsibility, but said you told her it was hers. What about her 'squishy' bathroom floor, which is what she described to me. I also had to almost harass you to cut the hedges. I sent several pics of the weeds that got so tall, they fell across the sidewalk, and the hedges grew so much I had trouble opening the front door. So I had to walk in the yard to get to the front door. I kept all the pics and texts because I had so many problems. You have a 2.5 star review, even before mine."

"RUN, do not walk away from these people. The absolute worst of every bad Realtor stereotype. Liars, cheats, basic scam artists. Terry forged documents, submitted false information, and took advantage of me despite me hiring him to sell my house (huge mistake). Do your research and find a Realtor who isn't a snake oil salesman."

"They put us in a house and left for vacation and didn’t leave anyone in town to fix anything. We had issues come up and we were laughed at and those things were never fixed. We were forced to get the county involved and they ended up condemning the house because they couldn’t get anyone at the property management company to come out and fix anything. We were only there a month and a half and have been fighting to get our deposit back for over another month and a half. When asked about it we were laughed at. These people are sad excuses for human beings. If you can even call them that."

"I just moved into a place that I am renting from Beaver Valley Realty and the process was quick, when I looked at the place they left out a couple details that would have been important to know before I decided that I wanted to rent the place and signed the lease. I like that you have the option of paying your rent online electronically it is convenient for those who work different hours. There were some things that were necessary in every house such as a mirror and medicine cabinet in the bathroom, a cabinet underneath the sink to put cleaning items and personal items, a towel rack, toilet paper holder, etc. They were pretty good at getting things fixed in a timely matter. I think they are one of the better rental management companies around Beaver County."
