The Kane Apartment Homes 2971 Kane Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001

"Toured the Kane apartments with my boyfriend and the leasing woman was Amazing! Such a welcoming experience. Unfortunately these are some of the issues I saw with my own eyes. First was the prices online do not match the prices in the leasing office. Online the one bedroom with a den is $1295 but in person when we came it was now $1,325. We toured the one bedroom apartment and the flooring wasn’t hard wood floor. It was laminate flooring that is starting to become bubbled and raised all over the entire apartment. not mention the living room floor was damaged and scratched terribly. They charge you a $75 wifi and you can’t take it off your rent which sucks as well. In total for me and my boyfriend to stay here would be $1,446 due to us having a cat and with all fees tied into the rent and that’s not including utilities. When we first walked into the buildings there was holes patched but not painted yet it all just looked run down on the outside. You would think for charging almost $1500 the inside of the complex would be upkept but this is what kinda steered us away from making this a first choice Would I live here if I can’t find anything else? Yes. Regardless of the floors the apartments were extremely nice. The amenities and elevators are really nice to have as well. The picture I posted below is a photo of the scratched laminated floors."

"This would have to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. Most people leave a bad review when they are evicted or something of that nature, however, this is not the case, for myself. I lived there for almost 3 years in a one bedroom apartment and I paid just shy of $1700, not sure why, but that’s what I paid. The apartments have the word “luxury” in the title, and I strongly feel that there is no luxury regarding these apartments. It would take me quite some time to start from the beginning but to summarize… Kane apartments has a horrible plumbing system. When I first moved in, I lived in an apartment for approximately three weeks. The pipes cracked, and I had to be moved to a different apartment. The apartments most of the time, not all of the time, have a sewer smell and anytime you go in the bathroom whether you turn on the sink or your shower, there will be a multitude of gnats that will fly out of your drain and this is due to the poor plumbing system. They moved me to the back area which was nothing but weeds and trash. I have significant allergy problems, so that became an issue for me. Depending on who lives above you, you may or may not have your upstairs neighbor, throwing beer cans, and other trash over their balcony along with an ungodly amount of noise that sounds like they could possibly be having an amateur wrestling match. Due to the constant trash, people putting mattresses and a whole living room sets out in front of the dumpster and it taking weeks for it to be removed along with enormous amounts of dog waste all over the complex and the unprofessional person in the office, the main floor being filled with holes in the wall that they patched, but never did anything else with, the outrageous amount of rent, I decided to move. I gave Linn 4 months advanced notice that I was moving out. I thought my lease was up in September however, it was up in October and Linn agreed to forego October’s rent. Everything was documented in an email. It was documented on my tenant moving out paperwork. It was documented everywhere but of course she said she never said that, long story short, her boss, Garrett Wood ended up getting involved, and during a conversation with him myself and Linn he said that he did see all that paperwork, but it wasn’t good enough and that I still had to pay a full months rent for the month of October. I think it’s a shame that Linn agreed to something and then backed out of it for whatever reason. Kane apartments will drain you for every dollar that you have will keep your security deposit ! Linn charged me $45 for some dust particles in the bleach reservoir of my washer. I think the way they handle the business, the poor maintenance and upkeep of the grounds is something to be embarrassed about. Linn will be your best friend until you move in and then the tables will turn. I strongly advise if you’re able to live anywhere else except Morgan properties that you should live elsewhere!! I am not leaving this review out of spite…you will be 100% treated unfairly and if you should ever have to have a conversation with Linn and Garrett Wood, it will get you nowhere and they will make you feel like you are worthless, and that they are above you. Garrett Wood told me that Morgan properties is a major corporation and does not have time for mom and Pop handshakes. Again, my advice to you is not to waste your time, don’t apply, don’t view and don’t live at any Morgan properties. Save your pride and your money and live anywhere else."

"The moving experience for me was overwhelming but James and Linn made it less stressful from the very beginning. They are so friendly and welcoming and treat you like family. Anything you need, they are right on top of it, which makes you’re life easier. The swimming pool and gym are so clean and that is huge for an apartment building because usually I don’t swim in public or apartment building pools. They keep the grounds clean so you can enjoy your outdoor experiences. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else."

"**Take the opportunity to go look at Morgan Properties King of Prussia corporate reviews.. It goes to show across the board from top to bottom this company is mismanaged and unprofessional. They show the common theme of truly NOT caring for their tenants. It is extremely disappointing to see how poorly they have treated not only myself but literally anyone who complains about any issues while staying with them.. We moved into an apartment that wasn't cleaned and have a list of over 15 different issues, the highlights being mold in the fridge and freezer as well as finding herion in the apartment. When brought to management's (Dominiqua) attention, she challenged us on our claims, never back checked that maybe what we were saying was true, and avoid any attempted at resolution. Starting a work order and closing it instantly.....Garret Wood was who I was put in contact with at the corporate office, gave me a call and mocked me on my concerns.. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Since moving in we have been treated with a complete lack of care or concern for the safety of my pregnant fiancé and our unborn child. They also pulled some shady business with our lease. Way to much to put in here... just avoid ANOTHER BIG ISSUE IS THEFT. YOU CAN NOT ORDER ANYTHING TO YOUR APARTMENT UNLESS YOU ARE THERE TO HAVE IT HANDED TO YOU. OUR BABY SHOWER INVITATIONS WERE STOLEN AS WELL AS OUR THANK YOU GIFTS TO GUEST. YOU CAN NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IM YOUR CAR OR EVEN FORGET TO LOCK YOUR CAR. THE PRIMARY DOOR DOESNT LATCH PROPERLY AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY SECURITY TO THE PEOPERTY. This place is a dumpster fire..."

"Really nice apartments! Quiet , friendly and most Importantly it is family friendly. We were looking for a great place and this one was our 4 option after the other 2 fell thru. So it worked out best for us. Could use some inside management as far as cleaning the floors but outside maintenance is good."
