"Jefferson Metropolitan has gone through some big changes. Staff answer phones as much as possible. Not always possible to answer a call when you have someone with you (I hate it when I’m in an office and they pay more attention to the phone than to me) Working very hard to find people homes that are safe and affordable There are direct lines to your caseworker. If you have a problem the staff is more than happy to work with you. If you are a new landlord, they are available to walk you through process HVCP is a wonderful way for landlords to have dependable income from their properties."

"Have friend on section 8 they dont care about you, or try to help when you ask them questions and the worst is when calling them them don't answer their phone, no matter what time it is or return your call, example, he called monday he finally found a house to rent he called the office and talked to the manager she sounded kind of discussed that he called this was at 3pm she said was walking out the door and won't be back till.monday, all he told her that he found a house to rent and the landlord wanted to application faxed over to him, she couldn't take the time,, or have one of the other 2 women to fax it over, she said it would be faxed over that day, well the landlord texted and asked where the app is, he never got it, now since he did get the app he's letting another person have the house, all because the manager at section 8 couldn't take a few extra minutes to fax that over to the landlord, in my opinion, I myself would never deal with them, they never gave time for you, it's on their time .not yours, and like one review said it's all about money, so all I got to say to the manager and workers of section 8 i thank you because if you not doing your job, a friend if mine lost the house he wanted to rent and will be getting evicted by the end if month, boy it must be nice to have place you can call home, when other people can't find a place, what's sad I help pay your salaries from my taxes, and you can't be there for my friend, and the sad part is you people in the office don't give a damn, or care about these reviews, or anything except your selves. "Management here lies about things, don't care about the the residents who live, an there are some people who works for mantience that do things, an if you go an buy the things you need they don't want to give it to you an if you go out an buy what you need, They don't like it, an after you move out they want to keep what you went an bought."
