"We checked into this hotel fairly late in the evening. Though we had a non-smoking reservation, the room reeked of smoke. It was late though so we got our kids in bed and they fell asleep quickly. As my wife and I slowly used different parts of the room we started to discover issues. There was a drop of blood and urine where the toilet seat clasps were. The shower was moldy and there was obvious water damage across the walls, rust and mold all over the fire sprinkler, and loads of hair behind the toilet against the wall. The bathroom trashcan had even been left unemptied. Manager didn't care."

"Stayed in a room here last night and was blown away by how dirty the room was. There was A LOT of mold in the shower, which very much surprised me to see. Upon further inspection, there were hairballs behind the toilet and faucet. There was also dried urine around in toilet seat clasps and what looked like a drop of blood in that area as well. Seriously disgusting and we wondered if the bathroom had been cleaned at all before our arrival. Despite taking pictures of the discoveries and complaining, the manager did not issue a refund. I absolutely do not recommend, nor will I be staying here again. Very unsanitary and the mold poses a huge health risk."

"The staff at this Wingate are top notch. So helpful and courteous. Bob puts up the best hot breakfast I have had at a hotel. Front desk staff is kind and responsive, Maintenance is top notch at keeping the place in tip top running shape. GM is really bringing this property up to 5 star value. Room was modern and comfortable."

"Just a one night stay here. Definitely appears to be a hotel going through renovations and remodeling. The gym was not open during my stay. Staff was very courteous and kind. I'd say if the owners are fully committing to a remodeling, it could be a really nice hotel in the next year or so. It is decent, but there is some work to be done. I had no issues."

"DONT DO IT........Check in was a breeze got to room door shut and latch fell off door. No big ordeal to me thinking well they know about it so I set latch on bathroom sink so that it wouldn't be lost but could be fixed. Then I call to extend my 2 day room 3 more days due to work and they put on hold for 10 mins. Just to get spoken to very unprofessional and told im not allowed back and my stuff was at front desk. Just to get charged $250 for something that was already broken drove there after work to be told that the manager was out. And my company was about to bring 38 more guys in here for 6+ months. Business will be going else where. Really hope the owner see's these."
