"Awful response time if a problem arises and the manger is rude if you are able to speak with him. If you have an issue the manager will hang up while you are still speaking and the apartments are not well taken care of! I do not recommend at all!!"

"Took weeks to fix my heating in 1 degree weather, apartment was infested with roaches and ants, they lost 3 months worth of my rent, broken blinds, no insulation, bedroom closet flooded and ruined half of my clothes, and maintenance will barge in at 8am with no advanced notice if you’re a woman living alone. An awful company to rent through who takes advantage of college students. Rent through literally anyone else. The dorms on campus are even better. And don’t expect the landlord to actually respond to any of your calls"
