"The rent is expensive for old run down apartments. Also, they take advantage of every opportunity to get money out of you. You will not get your deposit back and they will charge you at least 500$ after moving out for "general cleaning". No matter how much you clean, you will not be able to avoid that cleaning fee. They charged me for "spider webs, crumbs, and dust on the fan." I thought part of being a property owner was to take care of small issues like that and not charge an arm and a leg."

"Horrible management company. The individuals at the office at Woodlands are rude and hateful. I was frequently called and harassed about things done by the neighbors. The drastic rent increase in 2018, for what is offered at the Crosswind apartments, is a ridiculous price. There is limited parking ( everyone parks under the cover portion leaving a long walk to your apartment), the road is not tended to in the winter, and maintenance will show up unexpectedly ( were often given a several week window of time in which work was to be done, with no specific date). While the location is convenient to I 79, I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. *** In addition, you’ll only be refunded $10 of your security deposit as a slap in the face."
