When I walked into a Guided Chaos class I got my 6’6” 250lbs A$$ kicked EFFORTLESSLY! That let me know this is what I needed to learn. This art will work in a real life situation because I could not defend MYSELF against a much smaller opponent skilled in Guided Chaos. Believe me I was trying my best.
