Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Rude rushed service by male manager working on the line! Then when I realized I didn’t order my side of queso cheese because of the rushing then the cashier the crossed dressed man was giving me bad vibes and poor concern to me wanting my dip! Then because I planned to take my lunch break there I started with the dip and it was ok but the chips they gave me were stale and I asked for fresh ones they couldn’t give me any which was OK but I suffer from GAD General anxiety disorders, so ordering food sometimes come hard for me and I have a hard time in crowded places so asking for a refund was really hard just to be treated with even more hostility, as if I was irritating them all I wanted was to get some lunch and sit down for a bit while enjoying my queso and salad bowl!!! so be aware before going here if you struggle with anxieties like mine!"

"This location sucks. They never open on time, mobile ordering is a nightmare, coupons don’t work half the time, they’re always out of something, and service is slow. Never had a problem with the food (when I can actually get some) or people but good God it’s run so poorly."

"This Chipotle location is awful, the owner should be ashamed at how poorly the service and quality of food is here. The restaurant is always dirty, the staff is never friendly or welcoming, and sometimes downright rude. The corn and sour cream are literally ice cold. I have never had a good experience here and tonight is the last time I will ever order from this location. My burrito was soggy, and not rolled together making it impossible to eat. Most of it ended up in the trash. I don’t normally post bad reviews but this chipotle is consistently AWFUL! No customer service and zero pride in the work being done. Sad."

"Terrible time at night to get an online pickup. The Lemonade machine leaking, there were random pieces of lettuce on the counter! I had placed an online pick up for 9:30 pm and arrived at 9:32pm only to wait until well over past 10 to get my order. I was sitting down watching the employees help out all the in store orders. If I would’ve known better I would’ve stood in line and order that way. What’s the point in ordering for an online pickup if they aren’t going to prioritize orders as they come in. Customer service was terrible. Y’all looked dead inside with no expressions. They kept giving monotone dumb responses. I didn’t receive an apology for having to wait damn near 40 extra minutes past my promised pick up time. The food was cold when I got home and I only live 15 minutes away. Forget this place."

"Always missing items (pico/queso) sloppy run place and with garbage containers filled to the edy max !! Honestly nobody cares in this place ! Avoid it !"
