"I started here about 3 years ago, the boxing trainer taught me EVERYTHING I had to know. I truly recommend this gym for anyone SERIOUS about fighting. When covid hit they closed there old location down but the NEW location is just as good if not better. All the fundamentals and footwork I was taught I am able to practice and use in my day to day life. I am so thankful for this gym."

"My 1st time competing in the IBJJF Master Worlds Competition in Las Vegas was a great success, and Cross Training in Muay-Thai at Bangkok Boxing in Duluth was a big part of that I must admit! After about 6 months of training in Muay-Thai, my preparation (cardio, strength, and weight control) was improved dramatically( I lost 8 needed pounds for my weight class) !! Out of over 42 competitors in my Brown Belt Division, I was able to make it to the Finals match and on to A Worlds Master silver medal!! My cardio was superior, which led me into the finals with 4 submissions! I felt as strong and confident as I have ever been. Even in the finals, my Cardio and Strength was at a high!!! As an Instructor cross Training at Bangkok Boxing has given me more understanding in striking and balances me in my martial arts journey! I'm so happy I found this Great School ! Very happy!"

"Great gym and great coach. I went for one Muay Thai lesson and I knew right away that this was the right place to train. The coach spent a lot of time teaching me the basics to make sure I wasn’t left behind while the rest of the class practiced more advanced techniques. With the attention to detail, you can tell that the coach is truly experienced and cares about each of his students. The classes will also push you further than what you thought possible. All the staff here are extremely helpful and invested in your success. Would definitely recommend this gym."

"You’re paying about $1600 a year ($120 a month and an enrollment fee) to take a boxing class with more kids than the instruction can handle. I joined this gym wanting to learn to properly box and was met with a class of 20+ people with majority of them being under 9 years old. It was incredibly hard to learn and there is no way to cancel a membership. In order to cancel you have to pay 75% of the membership even if you aren’t satisfied. Do not recommend if wanting somewhere to learn how to properly box."

Every time I enter the gym I feel so welcomed the teachers/coaches/trainers are very friendly, patient, and find different ways to help someone who’s having trouble understanding and making it fun. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and I’ve learned so much from them and by other people in the gym! I’m so very grateful for them and their time!!!
