It is very clean facility, it has what I need to keep myself fit and healthy. There is plenty of weight and machines available , it is not too crowded, and they have personal trainers if you are interested to hire one for yourself."

"I had a year-long membership about a year ago with this gym and had a great experience. I had to take some time off, and when I had to quit a year ago, there were no problems at all with ending the contract. But when it was time to get back to the gym this month, they were the first place I thought of, and I signed up again without hesitation. He was super patient with me and never made me feel pressured to make any decisions that weren't good for me He was also happy to give some weightlifting advice. I also attend the boxing and kickboxing classes. The gym is clean, professional, and the coaches will push you while also not being jerks about it. I had a great kickboxing class today at lunch with Coach Wayne. This gym comes highly recommended all around: great staff, affordable, clean, and good equipment. Can't beat it!"
