"I recently took part in the 6 week challenge. My experience was extremely positive. I had been struggling to find motivation for the gym for about 1.5 years after moving to ATL and this challenge helped my get back into the habit of taking care of my body and working hard in the gym. The accountability from Idly was a great factor, the 3 classes a week were perfect, short and sweet, and all the coaches were exceptional to work with. This whole process rekindled discipline that had been missing for a while and has proven to have lasting effects on my health and habits beyond the 6 weeks. Very appreciative of coach O and all the early mornings, as well as the people attending all of the classes for being so kind. Can’t recommend this enough!"

"If you get an add for “free, 6 week transformation” do not bite! They will rob you out of a$600 deposit that they use once you complete the program to put towards one of their memberships. I have postpartum depression and decided to leave the program for mental health reasons. I requested my deposit back after only attending 2 weeks (6 classes total) of what was supposed to be a “free” trial period. I received partial deposit for the two weeks and was charged for some “nutrition” information I could have downloaded from google. Ladies, if you are in the same position as I am stay clear."

"Nick Dew is one of the best trainers there is. He is extremely professional and always motivates me to do my best. Since I have been training with Nick, my volleyball skills have improved drastically. I am a middle blocker/outside hitter and can definitely see the improvement when it comes to the quickness of my approach and the power behind my spikes. I can also jump much higher and am in much better shape. Training with Nick would be beneficial to any volleyball athlete looking to take their skills to the next level.
